Customer Support: Tier 1 Agent


DNC Holdings, Inc. is seeking full-time customer support superstars to join our Tier 1 support team! We are looking for positive, enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to provide not only outstanding service to our growing customer base from our offices in Metairie, LA.

DNC Holdings, Inc. provides domain name registration, domain name portfolio services, online media solutions and web hosting to clients around the world.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve customer calls, support tickets and/or live chat instances while striving to achieve one contact resolution.
  • Accurately log customer contacts and activities in our internal systems.
  • Analyze customer issue trends and report to management team.
  • Identify cross sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Share knowledge with internal and external clients.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Bilingual a plus).
  • Minimum typing speed of 35 wpm.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Advanced customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Basic HTML, web hosting and domain name knowledge.
  • Familiarity with popular script solutions such as Wordpress is a plus.
  • Availability to work between the hours of 7am and 7pm and/or weekends.
