Once a domain name renewal has processed, the renewal cannot be refunded. Annual service plans (such as Dotology Hosting, Email Services, Dotology Privacy, etc) can be refunded within the first 30 days of the original renewal date. Please contact Dotology Customer Support via phone at 504-266-0047 (7 AM – 7 PM Central Mon-Fri) or via email at [email protected] as soon as possible to process the refund.
