Can I renew my domain name if I do not have my password?

Yes! You can use our Easy Renew system to renew your domain name if you do not have your password.  To use the Easy Renew system, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Dotology.com
  2. Click the “Easy Renew” button on the navigation bar
  3. Type in the domain name you want to renew in domain.tld format. Do not include the www.
  4. Click “Start Renewal”
  5. Select the length of renewal and click “Add To Cart”
  6. The service will be added to your cart.  Click on the shopping cart icon in the top right hand corner to review your purchase.
  7. Click ”Checkout” and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the purchase.

Please note that using the Easy Renew system will renew the domain name in its current account. The contact and ownership information will remain the same as it was prior to the renewal. If you were not listed as the registrant of the domain prior to the renewal, the Easy Renew will not grant you ownership of the domain.
