We try to answer the most commonly asked questions for you. If you don't find the answer you need, submit a support ticket and we'll get right back to you.
We process our certificate orders as soon as we receive them. However, all certificates go through a validation process before they are issued. Please make sure to check the e-mail address that you specified during the purchase process for a validation e-mail from the certificate authority. Depending on the certificate, you may also receive a phone call to validate your identity.
You should receive your certificate within 15 minutes of the completion of these validation checks.
