What happens when my SSL certificate expires?

Dotology will notify you via email prior to the certificate’s expiration.  If you renew before the certificate expires, no further action will be required of you.  If your certificate expires, viewers of your site will start to receive a validation error when they attempt to make a secure connection.  You will need to generate a new private key/CSR and repurchase the certificate as if it were a new service

If you are using an IIS server you will need to generate a new CSR for your renewal.  Please renew the service first and then send your new CSR in an email to [email protected]
