We try to answer the most commonly asked questions for you. If you don't find the answer you need, submit a support ticket and we'll get right back to you.
If a domain name or service has been removed from the account due to a disputed credit card transaction or returned check you will need to send us the payment that was cancelled plus an additional $25 chargeback fee and a $10 processing fee per transaction charged back via bank wire.
Once we receive your payment, we will put the domain name back into your account. Please make sure you reset the hosting status for your domain name. If the domain name has already expired, there may be additional charges.
