Any domain name registered during any launch phase prior to General Availability is strictly not refundable.
At our sole discretion, we will review requests to delete and refund a domain name within five (5) days of registration. For more information contact Dotology Customer Support at 504-266-0047 (7AM-7PM Central Mon-Fri) or send us an e-mail at support@Dotology.com.
