How do I configure a subdomain?

To configure a subdomain, follow these instructions:

1) Log in to your Dotology Hosting Console (cPanel)

2) Under the Domains header, click the “Subdomains” icon

3) Enter the Subdomain you wish to add to your Dotology Hosting account in the Subdomain field

4) Enter the Document Root in the Document Root field. The document root is where you want to upload the website files to on the server. By default the document root would be public_html/subdomain but you can change it to any directory that you want to upload the files to.

 5) Click Create button to add the subdomain.
