What’s the difference between an Email Account and an Email Forwarder?

Both Email Forwarders and Email Accounts allow you to have mail sent to [email protected], however each processes email in differently.  Email Forwarders delivers all messages sent to the forwarder to another email address (for example, all email sent to [email protected] forwards to [email protected] ).  Email Accounts deliver all messages sent to the address to our server where it can be retrieved through a pop client or webmail access.
