How do I upload files using an FTP Program?

To upload your site using an FTP program, you will need the following:

FTP Username/Password: This is the same as your username to your Dotology Hosting Console

FTP Server Name: This can be found by logging into your Dotology Account and following this link. Please note that this is sometimes referred to as your hostname.

Path: For your primary domain name, this will be public_html. For any addon domain names, this will be the Document Root set during the configuration of the addon domain name. The default Document Root is public_html/<addondomain.tld>
